Mica Series Products

Core Products: Mica sheets & mica tapes / paper & 3D mica parts / mica tubes / composite materials
Rigorously tested mica paper can be directly used for downstream product manufacturing. Mica tapes offer excellent flexibility and can tightly conform to complex parts. Mica sheets feature uniform thickness and high mechanical strength, suitable for compression molding, and are applicable to high-temperature insulation scenarios at 600–800°C. Mica composite materials significantly enhance thermal insulation and mechanical properties through optimized formulations, making them an ideal choice for battery thermal protection systems. 3D mica products combine vacuum lamination and hot-press molding technologies to manufacture complex special-shaped parts, meeting the special structural requirements of battery packs, and comprehensively supporting automotive engineering and high-end electrical applications.
Pultrusion Profiles

Core Products: Standard profile products such as round tubes, square tubes, and T-profiles, as well as customized profiles and sandwich structures.
Glass fiber pultrusion profiles are profiles produced using glass fiber (GFRP) as reinforcement material through the pultrusion process. They are lightweight, high-strength, corrosion-resistant, and electrically insulating, and are widely used in construction, automotive, marine, aerospace, and other fields.
Thermal Insulation Shields

Core Products: Automotive exhaust manifold insulation shields, engine insulation shields, chassis insulation shields, exhaust pipe insulation shields, etc.
The thermal insulation shields for automotive exhaust systems and industrial pipelines are composite thermal insulation products specifically designed for high-temperature exhaust components. Typically composed of outer shells and high-silica glass fiber thermal insulation cotton linings, they feature excellent corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and long-term high-temperature stability, capable of withstanding continuous temperatures of 650°C–1050°C.

AEE 2026 The 10th Battery Tray, Liquid Cooling Plate & Energy Storage Box Structural Engineering Conference will be held in Shanghai on May 26–27. As a high-end structural engineering technology exchange platform for the new energy vehicle and energy storage industry, it aims to promote the systematization, engineering, and industrialization development of battery system structural engineering.
