Since its establishment in 2018, Torance Group has been deeply engaged in automotive thermal insulation and new energy battery thermal management, forming a global layout encompassing four major product lines and five production bases. The company has successfully secured designated supply partnerships with internationally renowned automakers such as FAW-Volkswagen, SAIC, and Volvo, and has obtained three major international system certifications including IATF 16949, with products exported to European and North American markets. The Chairman revealed that in 2025, the company's total sales revenue exceeded RMB 124 million, representing a year-on-year growth of 40%. Notably, the newly established Huatuo Division achieved nearly RMB 10 million in sales in its first year, successfully opening a second growth curve. Looking ahead, the Group has defined a strategic layout of "Four Divisions in Synergy, Dual-Wheel Drive of Domestic and International Markets":

Huayu Division focuses on traditional automotive thermal management, targeting RMB 200 million by 2030;

Huatuo Division specializes in new energy power battery safety and lightweighting, with a 2026 sales budget of RMB 57 million. It will establish a mica joint venture factory in Hunan and partner with Dutch company Vulcor to plan a production base in Turkey, accelerating globalization with a goal of RMB 500 million in sales by 2030;

Huacheng Division will expand fire-resistant and thermal insulation technologies into marine, construction, and aerospace sectors, targeting RMB 100 million by 2030;

Huarong Division will enter the high-speed connector field, committed to breaking foreign monopolies to serve embodied robotics and AI computing servers, also with a RMB 100 million target by 2030.
